A: Communicate requires a secure internet connection in order to load your conversations and files.
If your conversation is not loading or it is failing to send a message, check your internet connection and try again.
Note: You can use the Google Speed Test to assess the strength of your internet connection.
Q: What types of files can I share on Communicate?
A: DOC and DOCX (Word files), PDF, JPEG, IMG, TXT, and MP4 files.
Q: Is there a file size limit for files shared on Communicate?
A: Communicate does not have a maximum file size limit when sharing files between yourself and your attorney. You are able to easily send and receive large files and contracts in relation to your case.
We recommend using a strong internet connection when accessing large files for faster downloads.
Q: Which web browsers can I use with Communicate?
A: If you choose to access Communicate using a web browser on your computer, it is recommended that you use Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
